Well, a) it's my first time driving - on my own to boot, b) without hubs by my side 'supervising' c) long distance, d) maneveur through the streets of orchard on crowded saturday afternoon and e) parallel parked in under 1 minute.

So hell yeah it's fanastic!

I tried to wake up for brunch. Really.

It's hubs birthday celebration and all. And i've been dying to try that breakfast place. But the few hours i slept the last two days probably contributed to the fact that i was dead tired.

I guess my english breakfast would have to wait for another day.

On another note, i got to watch happy potter! =))



And had late lunch at my all-time favourite thai express. Yums!

I'm now stuck on mika. Every time i turn on my pc, it will be on repeat mode.
I sing and dance along to it till the cows come home. Or rather until my silly little boy lifts his head and look at me quizzically. When all he does is sleep all day.
Maybe i'm really coming unhinged.

I feel hungry all the time these days. And my tummy is growing like nobody's business thanks to my cravings. =(

Hubs brought me to golden mile fc to have a go at my cravings. After i practically forced him to. Lol.

We had pasta, char kway teow, ah balling peanut soup, shui kway and sweet stone's waffles with ice cream. Slurps!

Writing about it makes me hungry already. What a vicious cycle. Hur.

Did i mention that i bought tons of (okay not tons, just 3) la mer products the other time? Spent over $500 plus.

To prepare myself for old age and all, you understand.

If not for gss, i'm sure i would have spent a lot more. Was given a $50 voucher for spending over a certain amount during gss and prices at dfs changi are also cheaper than retail.

But because it's so expensive, i still can't bear to use them. Geez.

Had chili crab xiao long bao at din tai fung with granny and company on sunday. But it's like eating durian-flavoured ice cream and eating durians. Both are equally good but sometimes you just can't beat the real thing eh.

It was also the day mokmok bought my silly boy for grooming. Because of his matted fur, it cost a bloody $80 okay. Certainly not cheap. But what to do, mok mok refuse to let the groomer shave him down. He looks so adorably skinny now. =)
